MOON MNÁ - WOMEN’S CIRCLE @ FULL MOON

Time: 7pm – 10pm once a month at Full Moon time.
Venue: Slí An Chroí Centre, Smithfield, Dublin 7 (directions to Centre on website)
Investment: €13

Join Karen and other joyous Soul Sisters to celebrate life, love and all good things. This organic time together will have a theme which is drawn from the group itself. Each month we will come together to celebrate a different aspect of being a woman. We’ll share what we want to explore while enjoying the female perspective on life, love and the Universe.

Following a welcome cup of tea the first hour is about opening and holding a safe and confidential space followed by a Cleanse to release any stresses and strains of the day, week or month so we sit lightly for the time we have together. Then there will be an introduction to the topic of the evening and a ‘Talking Space’ to have our say on where we are with that. The second hour will be the practise or Rite or demonstration. Finally we’ll wrap up with a Fire Ceremony to release anything that no longer serves us and welcome in something that does. On the way there and home we’ll revel in the deep energies of Seanmháthair Gealach, Old Grandmother Moon, the turner of tides, Star of us womenfolk. The Moon Mná book and dvd library will be open for us to contribute to, borrow from and discuss about afterwards and we can chat about the evening after another cup of tea and some homemade biscuits. Come to be yourself in the glorious company of like hearted women of all ages.

Karen will facilitate unless she is joined by another co facilitator which is included in the information after each theme. The first Moon Mná Gathering was in August 2010.'Lán' means full and at Lán Moon time the powerful energies we feel are about being with abundance, releasing & fruition of ideas.

HOW TO TAKE PART/BOOK IN

Send an email to Karen (via the 'contact us' page on this website) to let her know you want to be part of the Moon Mna email database. She will then email you a few days/week before, to remind you to let her know you are coming. For first timers, please print off the directions to the Centre from the website page & put Karen's mobile number into your phone. Most women come to their first Moon Mná on their own so in the spirit of community we can get to know new people & share the joys of their journey with ours. The first 28 women to book by email, meetup, text or phone receive a place. You can also 'like' our Facebook page Moon Mná Women's Circle Slí an Chroí & follow each month pictorially, then let us know what you think.
